can you recommend a good travel agent? I'm looking to book a trip with multiple stops and the "Priceline" type sites are not being helpful.

Ricardo R. replied:
www.aa.com Plan Travel / Flights / Multi-City...you might have to fly back to MEX through DFW, a bit of a pain but it is less expensive than buying two separate flights...and you can hop on a plane this afternoon if needed

I would recommend looking at the sandals resort, you want to do an all inclusive resort for sure. When Steve and I went to st Lucia we did all inclusive and won't de otherwise if we can. Check out tripadvisor.com for visitor comments and ratings on resorts/hotels. You will get real reviews and pics from the people that stayed there.
