Sheila,I was feeling real fatigued about 3 months back and all I wanted to do was come home from work and lay down but I started a all natural product called advocare and it changed everything! I have a ton of energy and also lost about 35 lbs in the process, if ur interested go to advocare.com and take a look. It's a little pricey but u really can't put a price on feeling great !!!

Thanks for the clarification, Riki. I agree with your opinion that you do not necessarily need a Sm "specialist to successfully treat Sm. As for you son overcoming Sm in a year, I'd love to hear the treatment plan that was used because that's amazing progress in such a short time. I looked through this list and it looks like psychologists who have paid to be part of directories. And I'm apparently not listed (although I'm the president of SMG!). The selective mutism group has a great list of professionals who treat SM - www.selectivemutism.org.
