Assistant/Associate Professor, Design Foundation School of Architecture & Design Department: Fine Arts & Foundation Studies Campus: Byblos Discipline: Design Foundation Vacancy Date: Fall 2013–Spring 2014 The Foundation Program in the School of Architecture & Design at the Lebanese American University is now accepting applications for a full-time professor at the Assistant or Associate Professor level for the academic year 2013-14 for its Byblos Campus. The Foundation Program is a program common to all entering students in Architecture, Interior Design and Graphic Design. The program is seeking full-time faculty to teach mainly foundation design studios, which are directed towards the development of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to design, emphasizing visual perception, analytical interpretation and plastic studies. The ideal candidate should be able to teach Foundation Design Studios [2D and/or 3D], and to actively participate in the development of the Foundation program.
