Definitely Mark Dietz. Had 2 tattoos done recently - one by Mark and the other by another local artist (won't give name) The quality between the 2 is like day and night. Mark went out of his way to make sure I was happy. With the other artist it was a slap bang job, freehand with no example on the end product, and I was really dissapointed. I'm now getting Mark to try and fix up that mess.
