Recommendations for a dog trainer that will come to your house? We have two that we would like to start with private training and then do a group. Looking for someone...

Paige Bell, he charges the same rate, regardless of the number of dogs!!! We have 3 and he works wonders with them!! He's a big ol' country boy kind of man...he is a veteran, and has lots of fun travel stories about Germany!!! We spoil our dogs rott en...and he doesn't try to make us stop doing that, he just teaches us the right way to spoil them!! They can have manners, and still be loved on!!! Anyway, I really like him! Tell him I sent you, if you call him!

I have two trainers that my clients love! (I am a pet sitter). Training Spot by Traci Murdock or Anne ONeill with Specialty pet training. Both are doing classes at the new Dog Quest in the Aldi Shopping center. It's Lewisville, but still close to most of Flower Mound. So, once you did your in home sessions, you could do extra classes there

Tod McVicker w Redeeming Dogs is the best! He is a dog whisperer I swear!!!!
Angela B. replied:
Yep, I agree! I cannot speak to any of the other trainers mentioned here, as I have not used but one, Jason. But, having said that, I have worked rescue efforts with Mindy Nance, so I would trust her opinions, as well. Good luck finding the perfect match for you and your pack...it's such a great feeling to watch them be happy and safe in their own skin!!!!!! (oh...and all while NOT tearing up your throw blankets anymore!!!! LOL!!)

We used Tod McVicker with Redeeming Dogs. Total dog wisperer!! I can't say enough good things about him!! And once you pay his fee he is free for the life of your dog. Just call him back out if you run into any problems and it's free. Www.redeemingdogs.com

Yes!!! His name is Jason Mayfield, he is the owner of Mayfield Canine Training. He is wonderful! We have 3 dogs, and he comes to our home and trains US on how to handle them! In addition, we told him that our uncle was having trouble with his young dog, Chloe. So, he agreed to come to our house and meet with them to try to help. So, that's what we did tonight!!!! Uncle Kevin came down with Chloe (they live in Oklahoma), and Jason came out to work with them. It was a huge success, and they have decided to make another appointment for a few weeks from now! He is amazing!!!! https://www.facebook.com/MayfieldsCanineTraining

This might sound funny from a dog trainer but who is a good groomer around Flower Mound? This foster I have in now needs a visit.
