not bristol but glasgow was 3500 4500 its coz boat van over 2.5 metres is around 700 each way if u get van under 2.5 metres can get for 300 400 RETURN best way is to do yourself with friends, im guessing u cant do so will be over 3500 im sure try edward bryan or there are people here who go to england and come back empty vans who could maybe take a lot stuff for you i know Mike Clarke has vans sometimes coming back

we got VERY different quotes when contacting manx moving companies, in the end we went with manxport that we were very happy with, somewhere around 800-1000 GBP for a van full from UK to Isle of Man

We moved with Hitchens from Oxfordshire. They were about £1900 but we had to claim about £1000 back on damages the insurance they offer was based on age of furniture not cost so we lost out considerably. Would recommend Callister removals though

Def IoM company as many of them will have an agreement with the steam packet however look into freight companies to actually ship your property over as can be thousands cheaper... Wish I'd have known that before we moved from the Island and back again.. could have saved us 5 k!
