Hi Dalia. Loads of people recommend Jane Callow vets in the North of the island, but it depends where you live & if you drive. I'm in Peel so use Milan Veterinary practice, dearer, but more convenient for me. As for dog walks, again depends where you live, but Archallagan plantation is a favourite of mine, any glen or along the peel to douglas old railway line. Can't help you with dog friendly pubs I'm afraid.:-)
Denise M. replied:
Best vet Jane Callow at the Dog Mills near Bride 816445 ( worth the journey) most shores /beaches are good spots for walking glens and plantations,

I can't believe the vet wouldn't see the dog. Emergency vet means just that. So they would let a dog suffer because they don't know it?
Sharon A. replied:
Hope you furbaby is ok? I’m sorry but I would expect ANY vet to treat my animal in an emergency. If a person needs emergency treatment, they don’t wait for a doctor who knows them.....
