We have filed a police report after someone said she was sure she saw our stolen pitbull Sarge in a truck. Even had plate # and positive id of driver, dark skinned male. An officer actually called the guy (before the file was started so he actually tipped him off) and asked if he owned a white dog. Guy responded No no no its against my religion to own a dog. A police file was started the next day, over 2 weeks ago and we have heard nothing back. Don't know if they've checked the owner of the trucks address. I have called and left message with officer on file and he has not returned my call. I went to Global News yesterday and they refuse to help saying we don't do stories on lost or stolen pets. Guess it's not sensational enough like the asshole in Calgary strangling cats! Sarge was stolen over a month ago in northeast Edmonton! !
