Don't use McKenzie Allen - I myself changed to Wakefield and Vogrid but the terrific solicitors there Philip Roden has retired. They were however thorough and quick and reliable and efficient.

I am currently using Anthony Vogrig in Drouin to change some details in my will but haven't met him face to face yet. Will, when I sign the papers. Phillip who is retired told me if I get stuck with anything just to get in contact with him, which I have done already, and he will help me fix things. He was just so caring and nice.

All I can say is do not go with Simon Parsons & Co. Sadly the info he has been given sounds correct. As crap as it is, you only have to be in a defacto relationship these days yo be able to get at least half.

Peter Saunders on Albert Road is good with Family matters, and also with conveyancing, well worth speaking with.............difficult to say whether it sounds right or not, as we dont have all the facts and information to go with making a decision..
