Thank you all....we're a bit soggy at number 62.....but 1 am last night saw Mohammed from Cool & Cool Maintenance LLC 050 754 5123 turn up with 3 guys, more tools than I've ever seen a "maintenance" company have, replaced the tap, stopped the flood all for 300Dhs! CNC didn't actually answer/reply to my message.....others under 24Hr plumbers in Dubai don't seem to answer their phones either.
