Hi, I teach a morning class in Bray on Mondays at 9.30 am or Tuesdays at 10 am. They are in Pure Light (located above shoreline gym) Really nice studio and more mornings available there also. Their website is www.purelight.ie
Hi Aine, Lisa here from Living Yoga. You might want to check out the graduate teacher training at www.living-yoga.ie. It has a very strong therapeutic thread through the whole couse and you can choose to do one or all modules depending on your interest and budget. Namaste,

Yoga Room, gives you a very broad training with brilliant guest teachers. Email Ciara and let her know I told you about it. www.yoga.ie... I can highly recommend Ciara as I did the 200 and 500 hour TT with her. Good luck and more power to you!
