Any recommendations for a good osteopath (or chiropractor)??

Just a physical therapist; a WONDERFUL PT. His name is Craig Amack, & he works at (& owns) BodyMax Physical Therapy in Pleasanton. ALL the PT's are wonderful there; I've had a couple of other ones work on me when my PT was on vacation, etc. Yeah, BodyMax pretty much gave me my life back! Oh--they also get a lot of Kaiser patients, who get the "cash package".

Has anyone gone to the chiropractor for a bulging disc pressing on the back nerve. Please let me know.

I was out for three months at AI because the disc was pressing on the nerves for my legs and it tore the muscles in both calves. I have had years of physical therapy and scar tissue that still causes problems. You need to get to St. Mary's spine center and ask for Dr. Alderisio now. They need to left the disc off the nerves and it can be done without surgery. Don't go to a chiropractor.
