There are quite a few classes at the Bleachingfield Centre. Some daytime, one Saturday mornings, one in the evening, I think. There are posters up for all of them on the pin board.

Kirsty, for you I would recommend Ruth Frost's yoga classes. As far as I know she does an afternoon session at the Bleachingfield Centre on a Tuesday (could be morning, I am not sure) and an evening one at Innerwick Village Hall. Her number is 01368 864861
