Best and least expensive rarely go hand in hand. Johnny Shahan at shine on is good. Did my sons, cross on his ribs done as a written verse, very clean work

I would agree with Skyler Adam Beck JP did my husbands last two tattoos and they both looked amazing and he had reasonable prices he has had them about a year and they still look great and its a really clean shop
