I would recommend Stay True Tattoo OKC with Brandon Hicks. He did the X's on my legs, and I absolutely love them. 10/10 when it comes to communication, making sure you get what you want, safety/sanitation, as well as giving you the correct information about caring for the tattoo afterwards.
