I am surprise to see some one looking for a Notary. I needed one to come to Stonebridge Nursing Home in Duncannon. Some one told me to contact Carol Moyer. She said she lived between Millerstown and Newport. Was the tax collector for the area. I really liked her and she was so professional. Hope this helps.

Hidden Valley Auto just outside of Loysville on Hidden Valley Rd. Used them several times, good prices too I remember. Pa Auto Brokers fees are crazy, do not use them unless the other person is willing to pay for the fees.

It's a little far for you to go, but Hidden Valley Auto Sales in Loysville is open in the evenings, and they charge reasonable rates. They do title transfers and other notary work.
