Dundee only has 2 actual taxi companies handy/tele/203020 private hire are one, and City Cabs is the other. Other than that you'll have to find some way of contacting the independent guys who aren't linked to either office. As the other commenter already said, if there's just a couple of people Megabus is the cheapest and best option tbh.
