Go talk to Sunshine Cleaners in Newberg. They do a nice job on evening dresses at a very reasonable price, so might do wedding dress alterations as well.

None better than ReThread Alterations. Chelsea Stude is amazingly talented and nice. Also, very reasonable. She's done over mine and my wife's wardrobe and did my wife's wedding dress plus the bridesmaids.
