When looking at artists make sure to observe line work and color saturation. Also to be fully licensed I'm pretty sure you must have a shop. I have a shop establishment license, a tattoo body art license, city license and blood borne pathogen license. A home artist without these have caution. Hep C is a large problem in this county, it can stay on a surface for a month. Bleaching surfaces won't work. I autoclave all my instruments. Just be safe and enjoy your work!-)
