Clear the Sinus with Pegasus Sinus. 5 pillules every 15 minutes for two hours then 5 pillules every hour after that for one day. The next day every 4-6 hours if required. Get it at a health shop. Worked well with my baby in this week.

Yes I have been to him before. I know he is good but just scared baby has to be admitted to hospital and then she has to go to Life Chatsmed which isnt a nice hospital.

Dr Botha and Dr mandjra at Westville are amazing they work together. Dr Botha saved my daughters life the beginning of the year when she almost died at 6 weeks old. I have only ever taken my kids to them.

Samantha Ravenscroft, Sudocream is thankfully available at most outlets. A very nice product to have in the first aid kit, it has so many uses.

Unfortunately I can't help with Dr Spooks but my little guy suffers terribly from nappy rash...A few applications of Medaspor and zinc and castor oil fixes it quick quick.
Baby countdown is on! Can anyone recommend a pediatrician in the Durban North area (and why you like them)? Also, does anyone have a video baby monitor gathering dust...
Tess S. replied:
Hi Liz, we use Drs Kara and Jasmat at Umhlanga Med Centre. Husband and wife team, they both have a great manner with the kids and the staff are (gasp!) friendly and can usually (double gasp!!) fit us in on the day we need. Expensive, so we too usually see our GP for minor things and did immunisations at the Dischem clinic. Hope it helps.
Is Dr Ramouthar still practicing in Port Shepstone. I am looking for a good pediatrician but cannot get through on her number. Is there anyone else that can be...
