Find a certification, NASM., ACE are solid. With book test and CPR cert prob around 600-1000 all said and done. The life coaching tip is just as necessary than the cert tho. Sessions quickly turn into counseling. Good gig tho, and tests are harder than ud think but I'm sure u could smash em

You don't need a personal trainer...just use your FCC resources! Min. Carena, Min Josephe, Ms. Althea, & myself. It's all about self determination, discipline, eating right & working out. Weight Watcher's maybe a good start for you. Check with Min. Robin Featherstone as she is currently doing Weight Watchers! You can do it!
