Did anyone know where a good place to get tires is around here? We need some for my SUV. Thanks!
Mandi L. replied:
We usually go to Big O tires because they offer the best warranties and they extend nation wide which is nice so that when we are traveling if anything happens we are covered. We have unfortunately had to use that before so we welcome the coverage.
Adam H. replied:
Discount Tire and they have a rebate going on too

Does anyone have a place to recommend for new tires? I'm at Walmart and they're saying $500 for all new tires. Bummer.

Discount Tire in AF!
Phyllis S. replied:
Try Certified Tire in American Fork. Those guys are fair and won't cheat you. I'd put my life in their hands. Tell them I sent you.
Lisa S. replied:
Justin's old work. Claytons Tire Pros. They are in South Jordan. Let me know what they quote you? We have other hook ups too!
Natalie C. replied:
Thanks everyone! I was able to get my new tires. I went with Discount Tires and they were great! Thanks for all the recommendations!
Justi L. replied:
Sometimes you can get a deal at Big O or Discount Tire and they always offer rotation and patching for free while you own the tires, which is really nice.

I got 4 90,000 mile Michelins at Discount Tire on Saturday. There was a $70 rebate. They were less expensive than 60,000 mile tires from Certified, and they were only $100 more that 40,000 mile tires from Discount. The rebate really brought the price down. I always buy tires there. Free rotation and flat repair, good customer service.
I'm looking for a good place to get new tires. I need all 4 but I care more about being treated well than getting a good deal. Any recommendations?
Janelle W. replied:
I second Discount Tires in American Fork.
Shane E. replied:
Costco can have some good deals. Beware of all the add-on costs such as balancing the tire, tire disposal fees, etc. Discount Tire can have a lot of those costs, so be careful. Ask about those and get a quote for the entire cost of the job being done.
Gabby K. replied:
Discount Tire in AF they were amazing when I went!
Doug W. replied:
Crazy Dave's / Dollar Tire in AF is also good if you are ok with used tires. Can get them a lot cheaper than discount or Big O and I've managed to get tires with plenty of tread on them. Did all 4 of my tires on my 15 passenger van for about $200, really good tread.
Who do you guys go to for new tires? I know I can find a lot online, but I'd like some recommendations from someone who has had experience with the company. : )
Lianne P. replied:
Les Schwab for sure! They will replace your flat tires for no cost. Even if you run into a curb and pop one. Not that I know that from experience or anything....
Patty D. replied:
Les Schwab and big o! The customer service is well worth the price at both! Their tires usually have some sort of warranty and they make sure to take care of their customers!
