I asked my mom about that place she went to if u don't wanna do the $35 a month thing cause that can be alot i know it. it's called Operation PETS they fix u dog for free and give shots it's based upon your income and my mom paid nothing to get holly fixed and shots its on South Park in blasdell their number is 716-783-8998.
