I've been a customer at Easton Auto Body for inspections, tune-ups, body work etc. at least 30 times over the last 10 years. I have never had reason to complain about the quality of work there. On at least one occasion they easily could have "fixed" a problem I thought I had and charged me for it but instead they quickly and correctly suggested a rock was in one of the wheels ... they removed it and charged me nothing ... so my experience with them has been all good ... I can't speak for every customer or every repair they've done ...
