Dancersizing (even twerking!) around Ravenwood ground floor to full-volume Jolanda, with uncurtained views of garden. At 70, this scares the neighbors, should they dare to peep LOL. https://youtu.be/jt7WTrtY48 g

https://www.facebook.com/1544119662508012 Jiva Fitness for any age! Mark and Heather do not make you feel dumb when you ask a question. They take the time to let you get comfortable with the space and moves for certain workouts (keeping you safe!) and most importantly they are FUN! I've never met two trainers who know as much knowledge as they both do. The atmosphere is very non-intimidating and perfect for beginners or folks who just need to keep fitness levels up during the winter. I love their classes!

St. Luke's has a great Fitness Center in both Easton and Bethlehem. You can go to both. Great equipment and classes, and a preliminary consult to get you going. Free childcare too.
