OU Physicians at Fountain Lake in Edmond. 340-0551. There are 4 neurologists that see patients at that location...AJ Vaughn, Schuchi Chaudhary, Tyler Webb, and Aaron Farrow. They all treat what you described, and they are excellent! I hope you get some answers and a proper plan of treatment!
