If you can't find anyone in Effingham, go to Oblong Family Chiropractic. I know that is a long haul but she is amazing! She has also helped with Lincoln a ton with gassiness which of course leads to fussiness and lots of sleep deprivation for me.

Agree with Laura Weber Dr Rose is awesome, he really cracks you, but he's hard to get in to. I think he only works in Effingham a couple of days a week
