Rhys Hayter it's got 3 fully adjustable cages which you can fully adjust for all your main lifts, dumbbells up to 50 kg, about 6 benches, plenty of cardiovascular equipment if you're gay like that... machines wise the resistance machines aren't great, they're cybex as opposed to hammer strength but they still do the job, there's also a smith machine and cables. it's only 5/10 minute walk from main founder's building depending on how leisurely your stroll is and if you live in Gowar/Wedderburn it's literally 2 minute walk. would avoid peak times (4 pm-7 pm) if you don't want to stand around waiting. only other gym in the area is Egham Leisure centre, decent gym with some hammer strength equipment, a squat rack, plenty of olympic bars and plates, heavy dumbells, cables, dedicated flat and incline benches, smith machine and loooads of cardiovascular stuff. but the leisure center is far more expensive and not really worth the extra dollar. hope that covers it.....
