If you go a little further out, pure gym in Staines are very reasonably priced. Also 24 hr. Or Nuffield Health in Twickenham is great!

Hanworth Air Parks has a gym and pool.... fairly cheap kind of, especially if you get them when they are doing a discount, or ask for one. £36 a month was available recently.

Hanworth one is so small that it seems like is always packed even when is only few people. You can get The Gym in hounslow for £17 but there is no pool.

Sunbury Leisure Centre and Knowle Green are both Everyone Active gyms, get an Everyone Active membership and you can use any Everyone Active gym in the country.
