I know before and you might want to call again but usually you do not need a referral for the first 8 visits after that the office can submit a referral. I recommend Dr. Hand. He is on the westside. I live in Horizon and drove that far because he was a good therapist.

Dr Gracia (not garcia...its Gracia) is awesome. He is on Alabama. Referrals are not needed for mental health (counseling....psych)

I have one of the greatest OTs. I absolutely recommend her whole heartily she works for Altomar her name is Stephanie Montero. I also have a speech therapist through them and she is new but pretty good as well. They come to my house and she is seen twice a week by both.
Christina G. replied:
You can also get home therapy OT PT and ST and they can do 1-2 times a week based on his need. And they go to your home. Outreach Health Services does this. You would need a referral from your pediatrician. Their number is 591-2944.:) not sure what your insurance is. I know they take Medicaid, superior and El Paso first.
