Do you definitely want a psychiatrist or just someone to monitor meds? Dr. Suchoff is a good developmental pediatrician and other friends use Dr. Brooks.

Texas Tech is amazing! Left Dr Brooks, the worst bedside manners and super rude! Gives his patients very questionable advice. Would never recommend anyone to Dr Brooks!

University Behavioural medical center....its an inpatient n out patient. Depends on her needs. But from what youve said it seems she might benefit from the inpatient. God bless

Jose Luis Valenzuela is a great counselor and has a lot of experience with children. Even if you'd take her to UBH, he'd be good to continue therapy with.

I took one of my sons to Dr. Suchoff on the west side. She's a developmental ped. I also heard DARS TX can diagnose:)

I had the same problem, first my son was diagnose with ADHD but had many symptoms of autism. I took him to many doctors even he was referred to a genetist. after too many doctors and tests, Dr. Suchoff was the one who diagnosed my son. after that other doctors confirmed Dr. Suchoff diagnosis. since then, I been reading more about the autistic spectrum disorders, that helped me a lot to understand better my son:)
