Question for my makeup artist out there... Any suggestions for a nice set of brushes that won't break the bank??
Stephanie P. replied:
Real Techniques brushes are amazing. Sold at Ulta. I also use a lot of Crown brushes, but I get those at The Makeup Show trend show every year at a great discount. I'll be going again this June. If you give me money, I'll snag some for you.
Samantha B. replied:
I suggest Bdellium tools, Royal & langnickel, or Crown Brush. Crown Brush is the cheapest.

Does anyone know of any good cosmetology schools or courses around and near here?
Jamie M. replied:
I thought pivot point closed in Bloomingdale? Not too many options in the area anymore now that Regency closed. Tricoci University is on Randall in Elgin. Otherwise there's Cosmetology and Spa Academy in crystal lake and in Schaumburg. Also empire in Hanover Park.
