Soil for succulents is available at e.g. toom, I recently bought it there: https://www.toom-baumarkt.de/baumarkt/toom/kakteenerde-5-l/4520029 For succulents themselves, I found the most variety at the nursery called [Gärtnerei Sinner](https://goo.gl/maps/oZ7WVHYK9MB2). But if you're looking for some very specific types of succulents, maybe try calling them first and ask if they have them / can order them.
