I've heard great things about Riverdale Pediatric Dentist in Coon Rapids, but there's a pediatric dentist, Elk River Family Dentistry,...
Nikki D. replied:
LOVE Dr Jasmine Yesil at Elk River Family Dental!
Sarah G. replied:
Riverdale Pediatric Dentist is kids only. Everything is geared towards and designed for kids. They can wear sunglasses when they lay back in the chair (they are smaller chairs then at a regular dentist) and there are tv screens on the ceiling to watch a show while they are having their teeth cleaned. My boys love going there.
Laura H. replied:
Our boys love Dr. Yesil at Elk River Family Dentistry!

Trina W. replied:
We LOVE Riverdale Pediatric
Renae B. replied:
We love Riverdale Pediatric. My son wouldn't voluntarily sit in a chair anyplace else. Our daughter loves it too. Only for kids, and the staff and dentists are so patient and understanding. Much needed for us. They even warned us before a fire drill they were having because my son gets pretty stressed at the dentist and has some special needs. They waited for us to step out. Can't say enough good things about them. We normally see Dr Michelle, but I have heard great things about everyone there.
Becky R. replied:
Dr. Ness in Ramsey is amazing. He helps adults and children to work through fears of that's an issue. Extremely patient and even has a special needle (looks like a pen and only has the slightest pinch) for those that can't handle the larger, more common needles that other dentists use. I avoided dentists for years and eventually had an abscessed tooth. He did a root canal, prescribed antibiotics, and called that night after the office closed to check in on any further questions or if he needed to prescribe and pain meds. He's the ONLY dentist I go to now.
Looking for a good pediatric dentist for my autistic son. Experience with kids with special needs. thanks in advance!
Melanie J. replied:
My son has aspergers and I'm part of an ASD support group and they recommended Dentistry for Children in Monticello or Appletree Dental in Coon Rapids. I haven't tried either yet, I'm waiting for my son to be "ready." He is still afraid.
