My husband just had his hip replaced by Dr. Virden at Virginia Mason in Seattle. Very satisfied. Our insurance even covered our housing while we were there.

Dr. Roy Pierson in Yakima. You'll have to look him up. My wife has had 3 knee surgery. Pierson came highly recommended by another Orthopedic surgeon who had looked at her file and said that he was the only one he thought could help. He's a great guy on top of being a top notch surgeon.

I've been seeing Dena Mahre at KVH Orthopedics for my knee injury this past October. She's great! Very helpful, knowledgable, personable, and easy to talk to. She's great about sitting down with me, explaining everything, and answering all of my questions.

My husband had knee surgery and rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Longo. He was very thorough and even though the rotator cuff failed, he gave us the options to fix it and answered all our questions. Dr. Bos impressed me when he did my husbands knee surgery by coming to talk to me during surgery to tell me what were the options. We actually like both doctors.

Dr. Bos is by far the best orthopedic surgeon in the area. His bedside manner, his exceptional relationships with his surgical team is unparalleled. I know several people who have had knee surgery as well as someone who has worked with him in surgery; all speak very highly of him and wouldn't go to anyone else. He has an office in the clinic next to the hospital.
Darcie C. replied:
Dr William Wilson at OPA next to Swedish. He's the best. He believes in using your own parts instead of replacement. Repaired my left knee when everyone wanted to replace it. He will be doing my right next. Great guy and place.

I agree with Laurie Herzig. Dr. Hang is the BEST!! His focus is from the shoulder to the tips of the fingers. Dr Hwang had to rebuild my baby finger on my left hand by taking bone out of my wrist. When I came out of surgery, the nurse asked me if I knew who fortunate I was to have had Dr Hwang as my surgeon.

Dr Longo likes his money! If she doesn't have good insurance he won't take her. Speaking from experience! I saw Dr. Mirich at KVH and he was amazing! Fixed my shoulder so I could have my life back! Treated me as a patient and not someone without great insurance!
Does anybody know of any orthopedic surgeons that are hand specialists, accredited through the ASSH that also accept Molina Healthcare? Thanks for any help.

Dr. Hwang with Orthopedics Northwest is phenomenal! He has done 3 surgeries on my wrists due to torn ligaments. Initially they said I would get about 60-70% usage/movement back. I am almost 100%.
