I have gone to Anne Merill-Steskal and she is great. Very kind yet she works you hard. Not too hard though! I also see Dr. Richard Anderson at the corner of Ruby and Mountain View across from Super 1. He has this idea that if he can't help you he will help you find someone who can.

NW Physical Therapy in Cle Elum! Craig Pigeon is a GENIUS! He has spent 27 years in physical therapy and mixes massage, exercise and yoga stretches to help heal! I referred my mother to him for her broken shoulder and she healed up in half the time. I went to him for my sciatic nerve and it was relieved both times I had to be treated! He has electro pulse heating pads that smooth the nerve back into place, in combination with yoga moves, and even teaching me how to stand properly...in all my years of going to physical therapists...none have told me that I was standing wrong! I was amazed!

Love Craig Pigeon and his staff! My husband and I have driven from Ellensburg to see him. At another PT I saw the PT once then an assortment of assistants with no consistency. I did not have that with Craig at all. I highly recommend him.

Another option from traditional PT you could look at is therapeutic riding. There is a local program called Spirit Therapeutic Riding Center, they are on Sorenson Rd. Not sure when their program picks back up from winter, but you can look them up here on Facebook or google them. Equine therapy helped me greatly after I had a stroke and lost my balance system. Had to learn to walk again, was pretty humbling having to be held on a horse when I first started!
