1) Anthony's Home Port. They have several locations. The one near the locks is great because you can make a day of it. 2) If you can get in the tour boat to Blake Island, they have a salmon bake dinner their and the boat leaves from Seattle. 3) 13 Coins, also multiple locations. Great food. 4) Salish Lodge in Snoqualmie, a tad spendy, but great food and atmosphere. 5) A day in Leavenworth, lots of shops and restaurants to pick from.

The Melting Pot in Seattle!! Fun, delicious fondue experience!!

I think Melting Pot would be fun, especially for a 16 year old...it's a unique experience (more than food), likely something new to her:) Also, while I haven't been there, I have heard great things about Teatro Zinzani in Seattle as well (dinner and a show). Tons of great restaurants mentioned in this thread, but many of them are more suited for adults who drink wine.
