Another option from traditional PT you could look at is therapeutic riding. There is a local program called Spirit Therapeutic Riding Center, they are on Sorenson Rd. Not sure when their program picks back up from winter, but you can look them up here on Facebook or google them. Equine therapy helped me greatly after I had a stroke and lost my balance system. Had to learn to walk again, was pretty humbling having to be held on a horse when I first started!

Hot Spot is a great yoga studio and you get the added benefit of warming up your bones smile emoticon . Hatha is a great class for all levels.

Looking for a great place to start exercising. Can anyone recommend any guym/dance/yoga/zumba studio of any kind. As well as the price range for it. Thank you.
