Congratulations on your new baby! Fibro may not cause inflammation so that's why the blood tests are negative. It's a process of elimination, a matching of the symptoms. I also had pain in 15 of the 18 tender points. Try calling the Rheumys in your area & insurance plan to see if they treat Fibro. I was diagnosed by my primary. Here's a good site for info.
