I can recommend Karen at PUPs out of Ellicott City or Andrew at Canine Training Center out of Glenelg. I've worked with both and they are very knowledgable with great insight into the way dogs think. I'm sure they will both recommend a vet check first if this is a suddenly new thing.

Don Offutt - we call him the 'dog whisperer'. Trained my labradoodle when she was 6 months old and on 20 meds a day for seizures. If he can train a dog that is STONED, he can train anything! Many of my friends have used him for psych/behavioral issue and are extremely pleased. 410-489-2695
