And I've heard only great things about Dr Payne, but I have never seen him.

I know that it is probably case specific, but I went to Dr. Spencer's office for a few visits, though I saw the woman. They were treating a pinched nerve. After my 3 rd visit, I was completely unable to walk and ended up having to get the epidural. It's a lovely office, but stuff like that can happen.
