You could check Timeless bakery, it is up the street from the la farine on Piedmont. Their bakery selection is amazing. Highly recommend.

Masse’s in Berkeley! They have delicious mango cake and a passion fruit cake as well as other flavors.

Check with Fournee (you might need to call ahead, Berkeley) and Feel Good Bakery ( they have a few selections in their case, Park St. Alameda).

These look like they're open for take out/delivery and they have fruit tarts. [https://lavenderbakeries.com/](https://lavenderbakeries.com/) and Ladyfingers Bakery (they don't seem to have a website but menu is available through other sites). We got an assortment of treats from Ladyfingers last year and it was good, but didn't get the fruit tart. You could even try bakeries at Whole Foods or other markets if the local ones don't pan out. Sugarsweetoak.com is taking orders and allowing pick-ups. They are more cakes, cupcakes, cookies and not fruit tarts.
