I went to 5 places around here... The one on Enfield St told me it was illegal under 16 (not true), the one in Lil Buddies Plaza is only open on weekends now, East Windsor shop would have done it but the piercer wasn't in (and the guy was freebasing Marlboros, not exactly where I was bringing my 9 to), and the Edge in South Windsor said their insurance doesn't allow them to pierce under 16.
