I did not like Erie Family Eyecare. They refused to release my glasses measurements to me when I said I wanted to order them online rather than buy through them. There were other things too, like giving unasked for advice on medical areas that were't related to vision, but I guess that's personal, others might not mind that as much. The glasses thing was shady, though. I love Kennedy.

He stays up to date with the latest technology and even orders special new contacts just for me to try. Very generous with free trials on contacts. Becky who works for him is also amazing at helping to pick out glasses.

Emily Baker inside the Walmart in Longmont. She is great. It's $99.

Julia Robinson at Superior Costco is wonderful. She also has the latest technology for determining your script and if there are any other problems with your eyes. I think it is $95 for a visit, which includes everything and no need to have your eyes dilated with the advanced tech.

If you have a Costco membership, you have to check out Julia Robinson at Olson Family Eyecare inside Costco (Superior). We've been going to her for years, and she's awesome! We have insurance, but I know she has a very low cost for those who don't - I just referred someone to her a couple of weeks ago in the same situation.

I like the eye doctor at Costco Thornton as well - Clarity Eye Care. And my understanding is that you don't need to be a Costco member to see the doctor as he is independent from Costco, but if you want to purchase from Costco optical post visit you would need to have the membership.

I don't recommend Front Range Eye Health Center in Louisville. See a different doctor every time and then they say THEY want to do such and such a test, which turns out to be unnecessary and very expensive and not covered by insurance.

Dr Terry Robinson in Longmont. I have gone to him since 2000 and he personally did my Lasik and I've never had a problem altho he doesn't do Lazik anymore. Make sure you see an opthomologist and not an optomotirst.

Childrens Eye Physicians is AMAZING we have had one surgery through them and great care. Only issue is closest office is Wheat Ridge but well worth the drive

Ive heard great things about summit and children's eye physicians. I would stay far away from Erie family eyecare after a horrible experience there. It that's just my opinion. Feel free to message me with more details.

Summit Vision is great! My daughter has been going there since she was 5 years old, and they've always made her feel really comfortable.

Also, no direct experience but I heard positive things about Front Range Eye Health Center, in Louisville Do you need an Optomitrist (which is what most are) or specifically require an Opthamologist?

Dr. Berger in Erie is a behavioral optometrist. A great option if you are looking for a more holistic approach.

For an ophthalmologist my son goes to Childrens Eye Physicians but for an optometrist we love Summit Vision Care.

We love Dr Robinson at the Superior Costco - she's excellent. Have tried lots of other places closer that take our insurance and we still end up back with her even though I have to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed (we have VSP). She's separate from the optical department, doesn't try to upsell you, and then the Costco optical department's prices are great if you choose to use them.
