I highly recommend Jackie Davey from http://lovinlifepetcare.com/. She does in-home visits. I don't think she would live in the home, but will definitely come out several times a day if needed. She's great and will send you picture updates at each visit. She lives in Erie.

Any recommendations for dog boarding over the holidays? Male (neutered), old, big, friendly, yet opportunistic red tick/great pyrenees designer dog
Hannah M. replied:
Whispering Pines in Longmont is the best! My dogs love it and they have indoor/outdoor kennel access so puppy can go in and out all day and then they close it from 10 pm-6 am I believe. It's $22/ night for one dog I believe and you can add on exercise for $4 or doggy daycare all day for $8/day:)
Rachel F. replied:
I've used Barcar Acres Pet Resort for many years and love them. They are a bit of a drive tho, located in Berthoud but worth it. Climate controlled. Free play and full service grooming. They even wash bedding before it comes home.

Cécile F. replied:
Rocky Hill, is great, especially if your dog does not like to be crated: the dogs spend pretty much all day outside (also tried A-Lovin-Touch, and although I have no complaints, I don't think my crate-hating dog liked it as much).

Recommendations for dog boarding? Petsitting in our home just isn't working out. We're looking for a place with lots of outdoor space, etc.?
