I cannot say enough about their team. They even let us borrow a truck when we came to house hunt, sent us boxes and packing supplies for our move, and offered to let us use their truck to pick up thinga around town (or move if you're local). I had the inspector point out something similar with my home. He said it wasn't to code or anything, but his assumption was that someone had a water bed and put the extra wood support under there for that. It wasn't too big of a deal, all things considered.
