Check Duluth Trading, they have cleats that fit on boots. I haven't seen metal spikes for a while on anything except football cleats

Fishusa.com has the kind that fits over the shoe. Otherwise most sporting good stores have them in the ice fishing section if our up north enough.

May I suggest you go to a former employer of mine ..Achilles Running shop, W.12 th. you will get a free gate analysis to get you into the appropriate pair of running or training shoes that are right for you. It's all about the foot strike, how much support and or cushioning you may need dependant upon your joints etc. everything should be taken into consideration. =) Trainer: Suzanne Uht Trucilla
