Dr David Jackel is an excellent chiropractor and way more affordable than most. I was refered to him by a friend and couldn't have been happier. Very professional. I literally could not sit or sleep because the pain was so great and he fixed me up. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I didn't have to rob a bank to afford it. Lidoderm patches have helped me. Also, Salonpas spray. I have a nerve injury and the muscles surrounding get so tense and sore from over compensating. I'm also taking Gabapentin nightly. Massage helps sometimes. Epsom salt bath, ice or heat. Sometimes my pain radiates down as far as my ankle. I know how bad it sucks. Dr. Larry Dodge near Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest area was my doctor for years. Good luck and hope you start to feel better.
