I'm sorry I disagree, nothing has changed in 25 years as far as SEN education is concerned. I have a 25 yr old son who attended a SEN school; at 16 he was spewed out to an inadequate service. My 16 yr old left in July and has only just been found post 16 provision. The EHC Plan process was awful, with SAS not knowing what they were doing. Services across the board are minimal and parents/carers are on their knees. I think you will find that surveys are a smoke screen, just a data collecting exercise. However, if you could let us know how surveys make a difference to day, to day lives I will listen.
