Oregon Coastal Cutters in South Beach/Newport area is a remarkable butcher who helps us. Can try him/them but that sure is a long way from Canby. Maybe he knows someone up that direction?? Not sure what their range is but call Kelly at Bens Custom Meats in Dayton. He will come do emergency slaughters. Not sure about the distance but it's worth asking. His cell is 503.857.5002. So sorry Becca!
